Hier lees je hoe de C5 Groep omgaat met je persoonsgegevens. We vinden het belangrijk om jouw gegevens op een zorgvuldige manier te verwerken. Natuurlijk houden we ons aan de AVG-richtlijnen, die sinds 25 mei 2018 van kracht zijn. C5 Groep is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van deze gegevens. Hieronder vertellen we je welke persoonsgegevens we verzamelen, hoe we ze gebruiken en waarom.

HOE WE JE GEGEVENS VERWERKEN

Als je ons inschrijf- of sollicitatieformulier op de website invult, laat je bepaalde gegevens achter, zoals je naam en e-mailadres. We verzamelen alleen de gegevens die jij zelf aan ons geeft of die duidelijk bedoeld zijn voor ons. We vragen altijd om je toestemming voordat we je gegevens verwerken.

Als je een formulier invult of ons een e-mail stuurt, bewaren we je gegevens zolang als nodig is om je vraag te beantwoorden, met een maximum van 3 jaar. En geen zorgen, we verwerken alles gewoon binnen Nederland.

Als je interesse in ons toont, hebben we je persoonsgegevens nodig om te bekijken of we jou als kandidaat of klant kunnen helpen.

Relatie onderhouden
Als je bij ons ingeschreven staat of een kennismakingsgesprek hebt gehad, willen we goed contact houden. We gebruiken je gegevens om in de toekomst makkelijk met je te kunnen samenwerken en zorgen zo voor een goede, langdurige relatie.

Bedrijfsvoering
Als dienstverlener is het belangrijk dat we een goed overzicht hebben van onze klanten en kandidaten en daarvoor verwerken we persoonsgegevens.

Optimaliseren van onze dienstverlening
We verzamelen anonieme gegevens over het gebruik van onze website, zoals hoelang je blijft en welke pagina’s je bekijkt. Dit helpt ons om de site te verbeteren en onze dienstverlening te optimaliseren.
